No Fees Unless You Win

When you bring your case to, The Law Office of Fisher & Associates P.A. we begin with a sit-down consultation where we will go over the details of your case. We will fully investigate the event that caused your injury, including interviewing witnesses, taking photographs, obtaining official documents and accessing medical records.

In some cases, we enter into an out-of-court settlement negotiation, while other cases may go to trial. No matter which direction your case goes, we'll be there with you every step of the way, and we never charge a fee unless we win the case for you. If we win, our fee is an agreed-upon percentage of the settlement or verdict.
